Kimberly is the CEO of Bumbershoot Group, which provides interim C-suite leadership and leadership development, process creation and improvement, and cultural transformation. She has established a 25+ year career holding major brand leadership positions at global retail and fashion organizations, including Macy’s, LBrands, Footlocker, and Iconix.

As a fashion and retail thought leader and advocate for advancing women and people of color in the workplace, Kimberly is the Founder and Chief Executive of WOCRA (Women of Color Retail Alliance), supporting career progression into leadership positions for women of color in the retail industry through hard and soft skills training, leadership development and networking opportunities.  

She was named one of WWD x FN x Beauty Inc 50 Women in Power and sits on several boards of directors, including Blue Conic, Columbus Fashion Alliance, CAPA, and New Albany Community Foundation. A Philadelphia native, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Executive Certificates in Leadership and Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and Inclusive Organizational Excellence from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
